RETURN POLICY
Every order is guaranteed to meet your satisfaction or you can return it to us unused within 30 days for refund of your purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
Any and All returns require a RA number (Return Authorization Number). Do not return any product without prior return authorization. Contact us for your return authorization number. If the product is damaged file a claim with the shipper immediately. (See Shipping Damage Above)
CHANGES TO DELIVERY ADDRESS
Changes to delivery addresses may cause a $20.00 + shipping and handling fee to be added to your order in the following cases: 1) You provided an inaccurate address to CoolChineseSymbols.com, or 2) You have the delivery forwarded to an alternate location after the order was placed, or 3) If the order is refused upon delivery. You agree to pay all charges and expenses incurred by CoolChineseSymbols.com.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
CoolChineseSymbols.com incurs a return shipping fee equal to the cost of shipping the product to you when you refuse the shipment or are not available to complete the delivery. CoolChineseSymbols.com reserves the right to pass this fee plus a $20.00 shipping and handling fee and any other additional expense incurred, to you by deducting the amount from the total credit due.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
CoolChineseSymbols.com is NOT responsible for any lost or shipping damaged items or for filing damage claims with the shipper. You must contact the shipper immediately to file a damage claim.
